Inspection covers; - Full Review of Roof, and all its components including tie in to cladding - Full Exterior Cladding Inspection, Including all Trim, and connections - Full Exterior Window Inspection, Including Seals, Trim. Note Review of Window interior will only happen if required based on exterior review. - Full Exterior Door/Garage Door Inspection, Including all Seals, trim, and Hardware. Note Interior will only be review if deemed necessary. - Full Foundation Water Proofing Inspection. Note only what is visible from exterior above grade, and exposed basement walls will be inspected.
