Founded in 2025 by Mike Gravelle—a Professional Technologist in Architecture with over 15 years of experience—MEG Inspections is built on a foundation of deep industry knowledge, technical precision, and a genuine commitment to client service. With roots in Newfoundland’s residential and commercial construction sectors, we bring unmatched insight to every inspection.
Mike’s experience spans high-profile and complex projects across the province, including serving as Risk Manager for the New Adult Mental Health & Addictions Facility, and Project Manager for Kenmount Terrace Community Park, The Mix Multi-Residential Apartment Complex, Lambs Lane Apartment Complex, and numerous others. His background also includes a strong track record in costing and procurement, contributing to multiple successful proposal wins. Mike is also proud to hold a National Silver Medal from Skills Canada in Architectural Design, highlighting his technical excellence early in his career.
